A partner at Isaacson Sheridan since 2002, Jennifer's practice focuses on commercial real estate, commercial litigation (with a focus on real estate), acquisitions and mergers and employment law.

As a litigator, she has argued cases in federal and state courts, including the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. This experience not only serves clients well in the courtroom, but also gives Jennifer valuable insight in counseling with clients to avoid litigation.

In the start of her practice, she represented a number of clients in real estate disputes. This led her to interest in handling commercial real estate deals as she saw the potential pitfalls in documents that could lead parties to litigation. Now, Jennifer assists developers in avoiding costly litigation and in acquiring, developing and financing large commercial and residential developments. Her experience allows her to keenly and vigilantly guard her client’s interests while working to get the deal closed as efficiently as possible. Jennifer has also negotiated leases and construction contracts, represented clients in land use issues and handled all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions. Her experience also includes a wide range of general business legal work, including acquisitions and mergers and labor/employment matters. See Full Bio >>
