Patrick Johnson is a recent addition to the firm’s commercial transactions practice. Prior to joining the firm, he graduated summa cum laude from Elon University School of Law. While at Elon, Patrick was inducted into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, chosen as the Law School’s Hunt Scholar and served as a research assistant for Senior Scholar and Professor of Law Steven I. Friedland. Prior to law school, Patrick graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration.
Professionally, Patrick was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 2011 and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Patrick and his wife, Tara, are excited to be back in Greensboro and look forward to becoming active members of the community.
